Our solutions are delivered as managed services for a range of Business Processes designed to allow rapid and cost-effective development of mobile revenue streams for Operators, Brands and M2M Integrators.

Our philosophy is to align everything we do to the subscriber experience and the product lifecycle. The diagram illustrates the mapping of processes. Note that we supply all the process except the sales and marketing components.

The Subscriber view is the most important in the delivery of mobile services, and we also provide interfaces that reflect the MVNO's needs for brand management, tariffs, reporting and channel management. Our processes also map to the Telecom and Service models so that we can easily interface to many operators - this means that our customers can use a variety of carriers from a variety of countries.back
